Help your child sprinkle a little kindness to others through their day with this free kindness bingo challenge.

11th – 17th February 2024 is Random Acts of Kindness Week and it also happens to be half-term.

Download this printable to encourage them to help others whilst having fun. Kind acts can improve mental health and boost self-esteem too!

How to use this activity

These are suggestions – this activity is pretty flexible!

  • Print the activity
  • Encourage your child to complete an act of kindness every day
  • The challenge is complete when they’ve carried out 5 random acts of kindness in a row

This activity opens up opportunities for some lovely discussions about kindness and the impact that doing nice things for others can have.

Small gestures of kindness can really make someone’s day. They can also benefit the person doing the kind act! Try asking your child how doing acts of kindness makes them feel.
